You’re really building a business now! You’re growing community on social media and building a team. Objections aren’t phasing you anymore and your VIP list is growing. It’s time to Step UP.

In this unit, you’ll step into leadership coaching and mindset work. You’ll also gain more in depth product knowledge, learn to mix it up on new social channels, and learn about passive and organic lead generation and strategy.

Step UP into emerging leadership. Exercise your new knowledge base by partnering with your upline to start team coaching, set group sales and sponsoring goals, and start showing off your new makeup skills!

Congratulations! You’ve built a team. Your social community is thriving, you’ve begun creating real connections with your downline, and you have an in-depth product knowledge. Now, Step AHEAD into Leadership.

As you Step AHEAD, you’ll learn more about developing team culture and brand, leading and developing emerging leaders, and assuming a leadership role within our company-sharing and assisting in monthly events and training spotlights.

Emerging from Step AHEAD, you will be on your way to leading leaders and creating a thriving team culture and community.

Congratulations!You’re Stepping OUT FRONT.
You’ve built a firm foundational team and are now leading leaders to coach their team through the Steps to Success.

Once you have Stepped OUT FRONT, now it’s all keeping your social selling skills sharp and choosing continuing education, and creating duplicatable leadership in your team. Your team culture has become its own sponsoring leverage as you continue to grow.

At this level, you may have a corporate leadership presence and participate in sharing your sales, sponsoring, and leadership success strategies with both your team and the Aloette field at large.
